One of the oldest restaurants in Brussels, famous for its tasty food. We were left disappointed by the appalling service (the curt waiter forgot to bring the drinks and bread, there were no menus in English, the card reader was not working). We were surrounded by 20 drunken Flemish men who, we had to outshout. Food was delicious, though.

Spinnenkopke specailises in Belgian beer and food. The aperitif is a beer version of kir - a white beer with some red fruit spirit added. The tuna tartare starter contained quite a lot of mayonaiise. A main course of sea bass with endives was very fresh fish. The waiters were able to recommend a variety of beers, both in bottles and on draught.

Dined at Spinnenkopke during our visit to Brussels. Excellent food but overpriced. Also they didn't have a menu in English but the waiter did have some good recommendations. In all a lovely meal.

In't Spinnekopke had lovely food which was reasonably priced but this was let down by the fact we were placed in what was obviously the 'foreigner' & practically ignored.
