The dining room has French flair magnificently created by international designer Sonia Rykiel, with royal blue walls and Philippe Starck designed seating in ochre and mahogany stripes. It’s a vibrant, relaxed setting for chef Michel Hache’s refined gastronomic cuisine, using only the finest ingredients to create dishes like seabass roasted in a bacon crust with vegetables prepared en tians in the Provencale style.
