At Restaurant La Gare in Paris you embark on a voyage of dining pleasure in a magical setting. This historic small train station has been transformed with swathes of crimson fabric, golden lighting, candles, white table linens, soaring pillars and market umbrellas into a very special place to enjoy fine cuisine. Chef Pierre Alain Garnier offers a modern global menu rooted in French tradition, with dishes like terrine of foie gras with fig chutney, seared tuna with slow-cooked fennel and vanilla flavour, and pear and quince crumble with mascarpone. The first floor lounge is fun with live music or DJs most evenings and the whole atmosphere one of romance and adventure.
