Le Boudoir 11 restaurant in Paris at the beginning of the rue Oberkampf is a restaurant that, in its short existence, has attracted only the highest praise. The intimate, elegant dining room in a palette of chocolate and pale pink sets a smart, extremely relaxed tone. Chef/patronne Najet Aziz left her job in telecoms to follow her passion to become a chef and all her focus and training displays itself beautifully here. The small, select menu features fresh, seasonal dishes like escalope of foie gras, croustillant of goats cheese, honey and dried fruits, tuna steak with sauteed veg, and irresistible home made desserts like 'Le Caramel Boudoir'. The lunchtime menu is absurdly good value for food of this excellence.
