With simple clean lines and a light, airy feel Signatures at the InterContinenental Hotel, Hamburg welcomes guests into a conservatory where they can enjoy peace and tranquillity as they look out over the Alster Lake or watch their food being prepared in the open-show kitchen. International dishes from all over the globe are served here. A breakfast buffet is served Monday to Friday from 6.30 - 10.30am, with brunch served on Saturdays and Sundays between 7am and 2.30pm. There is an extensive breakfast menu, with plenty of different types of muesli! A highlight here is the Japanese Miso soup. The American or French breakfast comes highly recommended for anyone who fancies a more substantial breakfast.
