Bleu Bistro Moderne is the third Dublin-based venture from restaurateur and award-winning chef Eamonn O’Reilly. This airy bistro-style restaurant, located in Joshua House on Dawson Street, has floor to ceiling windows, chocolate leather banquettes and dark wooden furniture. The modern European menu has an Irish twist, and features dishes such as the rack and shoulder of lamb with root vegetable fondant and sauce paloise; home-cooked duck breast with balsamic strawberries, and the pan-fried turbot with mussel and dill velouté.
