Maia brings a touch of modern elegance to Shelbourne Road, in the same building that housed owner Sasha Evan’s first project, The Bridge café. The interior is sleek and contemporary – complete with dark wood, cream banquette seating, and Evans’ own monochrome photographs on the walls. The menu is an eclectic mix of internationally-influenced dishes, like pan-fried Red Snapper with sweet potato and fennel salad; monkfish tail wrapped in parma ham with tomato ragout; and rack of spring lamb with pea mash, spring vegetables and rosemary jus.
