a wonderful evening amazing food and fantastic staff - could not recomend higher - but it is special treat pricing but worth it

Went to Reflet to propose to my girlfriend and the setting was spot on!. The waiting staff where attentive, friendly and very experienced. We had the 6 course tasters with wine - amasing!! too much food and drink but sooo worth it.

Had forgotten an earlier visit ages ago, so a return visit to
Reflet Amsterdam was a doubly lovely surprise. The decor is gorgeous and the food delicious and some unusual wine choices. Service was top notch. Thoroughly recommend. -

My boyfriend & I had the most amazing evening at Reflet. The staff were wonderful - so enthusiastic about the food & knowledgable about the wine. The food was to die for. Incredibly cooked & perfectly composed. Really lovely touches like an amuse bouche of oyster & apple made the experience even better. The wine we had was amazing. All in all this couldn't have been a better night, everything was spot on. The only thing which baffled us was why there weren't more people eating there.

From the moment of arrival you were made to feel that this was a special occasion. The service was just right - not overbearing. The food was excellent. Were offered the "surprise" menu for the same price - this is the chef's choice of food (but tailored if you have particular dislikes) with the sommelier's choice of wine to accompany each corse. The chosen wines were all superb and matched the food perfectly. If you have time to make a special evening, spend 3 hours being pampered here !
