cal pinxo never disappoints the paella is really good here, if ever your in barcalona a visit is a must.

The Cal Pinxo in Barcelona is an excellent restaurant for the sea food lover with all manner of the freshest shell and wet fish available.
The location is also excellent, on the waterfront in the redeveloped docks area with most patrons choosing to dine outside in the large patio area.
The only minor criticism is that it is quite expensive with our meal for four people coming to over 240 euros, however for special occasion it is well worth it.
Service was extremely attentive. -

Cal Pinxo Palau de Mar - very good food but pricey for Barcelona. Unfortunate terrace dining is mostly now for smokers.

Service was very good and the starters excellent. The main course let us down. A bit disappointing. Some of my guests had paella and they said it had been over seaoned. Although my meal tasted good it looked unappetising and wasn't what I expected.

Cal Pinxo catered very well for our party of 14 on a recent Saturday evening outing in Barcelona. The setting is perfect, with the expensive boats in the harbour as a backdrop. Our five young children were very satisfied with the children's menu on offer. The rice and noodle paellas were excellent and the recommendations of white wine were appreciated.
