This warm and cosmopolitan modern Indian restaurant on Union Street in Aberdeen is a relaxed and stylish place to enjoy classic curries with friends and family. With dark wooden furniture, exposed brick walls and a chocolate brown and orange colour scheme, Cinnamon has a chic yet cosy atmosphere. Favourites from the 'nouvelle Indian' menu include the salmon kebab marinated in yoghurt and sesame oil and charcoal grilled; lobster marinated in lime and turmeric tossed in a peppery onion and fennel masala with cherry tomatoes, sweet bell peppers and pith curry leaves; and the mango murgh – chicken served in a thick mango curry Mangalore style. Cinnamon's menu is complimented by a diverse selection of new world wines.
