The brasserie-style dining room at Filini overlooks spectacular fountains and boasts crisp white linens, plush leaf-green leather banquettes, private booths and coffee coloured walls, giving the restaurant a discreet and serene ambience. Popular items from the Sardinian menu include the risotto with mussels, crabmeat, calamari and prawns; the chargrilled tuna steak with vincotto, cherry tomatoes and rocket salad; and the linguine sugo alla zingara – a gypsy sauce with grilled vegetables, tomatoes, olives and oregano.
