Aria set menu offered decent value, but the food was at best average. A below par sausage and mash for one of the 3 main choices is not 'restaurant' food. Restaurant was also quiet for a Thursday night. Good service, but I feel you can get a lot better in Birmingham for similar value.

Aria at the Hyatt Hotel in Birmingham is an excellent Sunday lunch venue. For £21 you get fresh soup and a huge cold buffet table selection followed by a choice of 4 main dishes all served with fresh vegetables. The fresh warm bread is delicious too. And to finish the most extensive selection of cold sweets plus hot sweet of the day. Verdict: 10 out of 10.
The service is everything you would expect from a top hotel and the jazz trio top notch. If you have not yet tried Aria give it a try soon.

Have I said before that I think the, "Aria" is the best sunday brunch and is the best value at this level? Oh, yes I have many times.

The Aria at the Hyatt Hotel on Bridge Street was fab it is the second time I have been and both times the food was lovely, the service was faultless and the ambience was great. I would recomend the Aria to anyone looking for somewhere special to dine.
