Quiet on weekend lunch time and staff attentive but also happy to let you take your time and relax. Main courses and desserts were ordered and well presented and tasty. Lacked atmosphere as so quiet.

We did enjoy our night out here but the food was average, which was a shame. the service was brilliant and we would go there again just to give it another go.

Bisque bar and brasserie maintains a high standard of cuisine and service while remaining a hidden secret of Edinburgh's dining scene.

Five girls had a pre-Christmas dinner at Bisque and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the attentive and charming service from our waiter Andy. Highlights were tiger prawn starters,mains of sea bass and chicken with haggis. Atmosphere was lively and warm - highly recommend the food and ambience at reasonable prices.

The Bisque Bar & Grill offered a lively atmosphere and although the restaurant's décor was a little understated, the menu was varied and well priced. The food was delicious and the overall night was great.
