- Confit duck leg and foie gras terrine with beetroot chutney, rocket puree and tomato bread
- Roasted pollack, sweetcorn, tartare of pollack and coriander
- Rabbit with carrot, fennel and a thyme glaze
- Ratatouille with Jerusalem artichokes, basil pesto and Gewurztraminer sauce

- Assiette of lamb with champagne carrot, confit potatoes and parsley sauce
- Pan fried monkfish with curried chickpeas, pickled cauliflower and spinach
- Roasted duck breast with wilted Asian greens, shitake, macadamia and green curry sauce
