Loved the Bonham in Edinburgh, the character and charm of a townhouse combined with the stylish modern decor, the excellent food, the relaxed atmosphere, the birthday congrats and choccies, all went towards making this an unforgettable birthday weekend; if you're looking for a special place to stay that oozes character, style and charm, then this is it
LOvely restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh's historical New Town. Hotel is a prime example of beautiful Edinburgh Georgian architecture mingled very well with modern funishings. Food in the restaurant was fabulous. Top quality nouvelle cuisine. Bathrooms were lovely with Molton Brown products inside. Would definitely recommend.
What a lovely Sunday lunch. We arrived not knowing the 'Snooze and Booze' offer so it was a pleasant surprise. We had a really delicious lunch - a relaxed atmosphere and great service. We will be returning.
I've been a regular for a number of years at the Bonham, however the special deal Sunday Lunch isn't feeling quite so special any more. The portion sizes are getting smaller and the inclusive wine, cheaper. Its still ok...just not as good as it was, and alternatives might now be better value.
The Bonham is a very chic restaurant in Edinburgh's West End. At this time of year we were only able to choose from a festive menu so although the choice was a bit limited the quality was still very high. I recommend the coconut souffle - possible one of the best desserts I've ever eaten.
The Bonham never fails to impress. Food, service and surroundings are all tip top. Ideal place for lunch with clients.
