Thoroughly enjoyed our evening at the Stockbridge Restaurant. Excellent choice on the menu, we struggled to pick a favourite and the food did not disappoint. If you are looking for great food helpful and efficient service and good value for money this is the place for you.
We went to the Stockbridge Restaurant on a Tues evening and were pleasantly suprised to find the restaurant nearly full, always a good sign.
From start to finish everything was excellent, from a friendly greeting ,a lovely ambiance, great value food and wine ,cooked and presented to perfection. Most enjoyble, when in edinburgh again we'll be back.
Took advantage of the 'Dine Around Menu' - two courses for £15. Food was excellent, as was the service. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant.
For a fixed price menu on a Sunday, its value for money. The food was good overall but my dessert was a let down. My toffee pudding was too dry even with the toffee cause - the pudding should be soft and moist.Service was rather too quick for a romantic looking setting.
The Stockbridge represents wonderful fine dining but without being in the least bit stuffy. Not cheap, but rather special.
