The Millennium Hotel in Scotland's Glasgow plays host to the Brasserie restaurant. Sporting wooden floors, high-backed chairs and ambient lighting, the décor fuses to create a relaxed, yet chic atmosphere. The menu offers strong Scottish flavours served with Mediterranean influences. Dishes are imaginative and include black pudding fritters, coq au vin and whole grilled lemon sole. Desserts are equally dynamic, including delights such as rum-soaked fruit salad and a citrus crème brulee. This newly refurbished restaurant is the perfect place for either a light lunch and at an average of £25 per head for a three-course meal, it's easy on the eye and easy on the pocket.
