Fantastic food as always. The black cod is amazing, even if you're not normally a fish person!

Mai Toa, Parson Green was absolutely lovely experience. The ambience was perfect, as it wasnt too loud or too romantic so great for any occassion. The music was at the right level so when you spoke, you didnt have to shout to one another. The food was amazing, and definitely worth paying that little bit more for the service along with the tasty meal. Service was brilliant. Staff knew exactly when to re appear to fill glasses or clear plates. Cocktails very yummy. Thumbs up here :)

We went for dinner on a Friday night - not quite sure what to expect after reading rather mixed reviews but very glad we chose to try Mao Tai. Service was friendly and welcoming, there was a great atmosphere and the food was delicious, if on the pricey side for chinese food. The prawn and scallop sui mai were to die for! A big thumbs up if you like Oriental food.

Mao Tai is no longer a Chinese restaurant but an Asian one that also serves Japanese dishes. The spare ribs and prawns were excelelnt, the crispy duck was so-so. But £72 for 2 starters, 2 mains, some noodlesand 4 beers seems a lot.

Mao Tai is near where I live and I have been here a couple of times before. It is always a pleasant visit so am sure to come back as well.

We go to Mao Tai a couple of times a year and I have to say it never disappoints even though the price seems to go up every time . The room is great and there is a new bar on one side of the wall. The table I wanted had Bill Wyman sitting on it so you get a bit if glitterati . The food is brilliant - bang bang chicken , good dim sum , main courses all top level Chinese cuisine. The staff are a bit rude and we did wait a bit for our main courses but it's a good night out in a classic restaurant

Once again another delicious meal at MAo Tai but i do think it is a bit pricey. In comparisson to other restaurnats where the food and expereince is very simialr the price is certainly elevated. Still a good evening thouhg!

We met some friends for cocktails and dinner at Mao Tai on Saturday night and had a really nice time. The cocktail list was amazing, if a bit on the pricey side. The food was delicious and there was more than enough to share. We had the black pepper sirloin, rabbit, sweet & sour pork and black bean chicken, rice and veg - all delicious and reasonably priced for the area. I also recommend the creme brule with passion fruit (?) and toffee banana dessert. We'll definitely be back!
