Renowned restaurateur David Manero has employed a well-traveled culinary team, spearheaded by Executive Chef Mario Silvestri, who brings a traditional Italian Chop House concept to DeVito South Beach. A unique array of the very finest fresh ingredients are used in his recipes for bold and contrasting flavors and textures that reflect the season. The Global Steak Flight is the restaurant’s signature dish that includes a presentation of premium Kobe steak from three different regions of the world.
