Our approach to cooking is "contemporary cuisine ~ methode traditionelle" which offers Contemporary French cuisine based on the philosophy of French cooking ~ It features North African, West African, Cuban and Vietnamese influences based on classic French technique. Our hand-selected wine list features more than 40 wines by the glass as well as tasting flights. We also offer both tasting and full pours, and an excursion wine list that highlights a generous selection of wines 30 dollars and under. The wine bar adjoins the restaurant with a tasting menu, and we have regular tasting events, informal classes, and discussions focusing on particular cuisines, vinification and viticulture.
