Pioneering Chef Dennis Foy is "one of the Garden State's founding fathers of haute cuisine" (New Jersey Life, 3/1/06). He has owned critically acclaimed restaurants in New Jersey and New York for more than 30 years. This, his newest restaurant, offers French-influenced Contemporary American fare that's creative and elegant enough for a special occasion, but so straightforwardly satisfying and accessibly priced that you could enjoy it several nights a week.

In addition to being a chef, Mr. Foy is an accomplished painter whose vibrant Abstract Realist seascapes and landscapes line the walls of the restaurant. Complementing his paintings are comfortable banquettes, multi-colored vaulted arches and silk-ribbed cranberry-hued chandeliers that lend a warm, contemporary feel to the 60-seat dining room.
